Australian woman gives birth to rare identical quadruplet girls after naturally conceived pregnancy

A 34-year-old Australian woman has given birth to identical quadruplets naturally. The four babies were delivered via caesarean section at 28 weeks of pregnancy. This rare occurrence of naturally conceived identical quadruplets sharing one placenta is considered unheard of. The mother and her four daughters are now safe and recovering well in hospital care. The family, already parents to four children, now has a total of eight children.
