New York appeals court blocks tenants' $321,728 mould damage claim over delays and missing proof

The court determined that the tenants significantly postponed presenting evidence for their $321,728.79 claim linked to health problems from mould exposure, which initially surfaced in 2018. Adding such claims post-discovery was seen as prejudicial to the landlord, but the case will continue with original personal injury allegations.
